Customer's outdoor water spigot wouldn't shut off and they needed some assistance. We added an indoor water shut off for the customer.

I addressed an issue with an outside faucet that was dripping and lacked a shut-off valve. After discussing options with Craig, I installed a shut-off valve for the hydrant. Additionally, Craig requested assistance with the recirculating system, which was improperly configured. Upon inspection, I found that the system was incorrectly pulling water from one system and distributing it to another. I provided a quote to install a pump on Craig's system and reconfigure the return piping to his water heater.

A customer reached out for assistance with a leaking outdoor water spigot. Upon inspection, it was determined that a replacement was necessary. I replaced the existing spigot with a Woodford Freezeless/Frost Proof Hydrant, known for its quarter-turn design, which simplifies operation. The existing ball valve was retained to ensure a smooth transition and compatibility.
