We informed the customer of this situation and recommended contacting the original installation company for service. We regret this outcome but ensured the customer understood the options available to resolve the issue.

Upon arrival, I assessed the reported leak in the master bathroom. I identified the source and replaced the faulty components to resolve the issue. I then cleaned the vessel lavatory sink drain to ensure optimal drainage. Next, I meticulously cleaned the tub/shower drain to remove any buildup. I installed a BN Large Moen magnetix assembly, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the fixture. Additionally, I installed an ORB handheld showerhead and its stationary holder, providing the customer with a versatile and convenient showering experience. Upon arrival, I was guided to the area experiencing a whole home backup. I began by removing the main clean out cover, revealing standing water. Initially, I attempted to clear the blockage using a sewer reel, but encountered an obstruction approximately 45 feet into the line, preventing further progress. Next, I employed a medium machine, extending it to its full 75-foot capacity, yet the water level remained unchanged. To address the persistent blockage, I opted for a hydro jetter equipped with a warthog head. This powerful tool successfully cleared the obstruction around 45 feet out, allowing the water to recede and the drain to start flowing. After ensuring the line was clear, I flushed the downstairs toilet multiple times, confirming that water was now flowing freely.
