What is the Advantage Plan?
The Advantage Plan is our monthly home-plumbing membership. For one low monthly rate you get an annual maintenance visit, a water heater flush, a full plumbing evaluation, a water test, priority scheduling, and member-only savings on any repair or install.
What's the difference between the Tanked and Tankless plans?
Both plans include the exact same member benefits — the only difference is the water heater flush. The Standard Tanked plan flushes a traditional tank water heater; the Standard Tankless plan descales and flushes a tankless unit. Pick the plan that matches the water heater in your home.
How much does membership cost?
The Standard Tankless plan starts at $29.95/month and the Standard Tanked plan starts at $19.95/month. You can add the Septic System Evaluation package for $15/month.
Do I still pay for repairs?
Members get 5% off any quoted repair or install, a waived minimum charge on service calls, and a reduced after-hours dispatch charge — plus small courtesy fixes are handled during your visit at no extra cost.
Is the Septic package required?
No — the Septic System Evaluation is an optional $15/month add-on for homes on a septic system. It includes a visual inspection, alarm & float check, effluent filter cleaning, water-usage review, septic-safe consultation, and a BioClean treatment.
