Upon arrival, we assessed the customer's issue with low water pressure in the bathroom. After investigation, we found that the plumbing parts were from a foreign company, making replacement parts unavailable. We informed the customer of this situation and recommended contacting the original installation company for service. We regret this outcome but ensured the customer understood the options available to resolve the issue.
New Septic System
Upon arrival, Joe and I met Steve at the door he walked us downstairs to the most upstream cleanout. We then brought all of our equipment down and ran our Jetter hose through the window. We first came the line figured out where our problem spots were then jetted and flex shafted.. we flex shafted as far as we could about 60 feet and jetted the entire line. While we were there homeowners told us about their slow kitchen drain, which I first tried to get with a plunger and that did not work so then we cabled through the kitchen, clean out about 35 feet out until the water started draining very well. I replaced the Studer vent complementary.
Upon arrival, I reviewed the septic plans with the customer. We identified an issue where effluent began leaking after bypassing the float within a minute. To address this, I scheduled a follow-up visit to use a small camera for a detailed inspection of the force main and locate the distribution box. During my initial visit, John’s helper had already exposed the broken section of the pipe. I assessed the damage and devised a repair plan for the broken force main, ensuring a comprehensive solution to prevent further leakage.
Customer had us out for a kitchen sink clog. We were able to promptly get on site and help unclog their drain. No job is too small. Call us for all of your sewer clogs.
