This page outlines our Disclaimer, Warranty, and General Terms and Conditions to ensure transparency and mutual understanding between our company and our valued customers.
General Disclaimer
All information shared by Maxwell-White Plumbing whether in advertisements, on our website, or over the phone—is general in nature. It is provided to help customers understand our services and typical plumbing concerns but should not be relied upon as a final diagnosis or exact scope of work.
The true condition of a plumbing, drain, or water treatment system can only be accurately determined following an on-site inspection by a licensed professional. We encourage customers to schedule an appointment for a proper evaluation and detailed quote.
Accuracy of Estimates
Estimates or recommendations provided without an in-person inspection are based on limited information and are subject to change.
During service, hidden or additional issues may be discovered that require further repair, replacement, or materials. Maxwell-White Plumbing will always communicate these findings clearly and review your options before any additional work is performed.
Warranty Information
Maxwell-White Plumbing takes pride in the quality of our workmanship and the reliability of the products we install. We offer industry-leading warranties to ensure customer confidence and long-term satisfaction.
Standard Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on both parts and labor for any component, fixture, or system replaced in its entiretyby our professionals using materials supplied by Maxwell-White Plumbing.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
Please note that “band-aid” or temporary repairs are not covered under warranty, as they are intended only as short-term solutions.
Warranty exclusions include:
- Customer-supplied parts or fixtures;
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance;
- Damage caused by freezing, flooding, or other external/environmental factors;
- Work altered or repaired by another contractor after service completion.
If a warrantied issue arises within the coverage period that is directly related to our workmanship or a part we replaced, Maxwell-White Plumbing will inspect and, if applicable, correct the issue at no additional cost.
Extended Labor Warranty – Water Heaters & Water Softeners
Maxwell-White Plumbing offers an extended 2-year labor warranty on Bradford White water heaters and Capital water softeners installed in residential applications.
This extended coverage also applies only to the original purchaser and covers labor associated with the installation and service of these units. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer.
Limitations of Liability
Maxwell-White Plumbing shall not be liable for:
- Hidden or pre-existing conditions not visible during inspection;
- Consequential damages resulting from plumbing failures or prior issues;
- Delays due to causes beyond our control.
Commitment to Communication
We believe clear communication is key to great service. Our technicians and office staff are always available to answer questions, review options, and provide honest, detailed explanations.
